4. Physical Book Fulfillment & Shipping

Physical books are printed and shipped by Lulu, a third-party fulfillment provider.

  • Shipping timelines, methods, and packaging are determined by Lulu.

  • Once an order has been placed, fulfillment and shipping are handled by the third-party provider.

  • Anastacia Drake is not responsible for delays caused by printers, carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Any shipping issues or damaged items should be reported promptly (see Section 6).

5. Digital Products

Digital ebooks and downloadable content are delivered electronically.

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once access has been provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Issues

Digital Products

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

Physical Books

  • Refunds or replacements for physical books may be considered only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence.

  • Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may require coordination with the third-party fulfillment provider.
